Just when you thought the Dodge couldn't make a more powerful vehicle, seeing as the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody holds the title as the world's most powerful and fastest mass-produced car - the legendary manufacturer outdoes itself again.
What's Going on with The Next-Gen Dodge Muscle Cars?
Dodge is not going fully EV just yet. The manufacturer hypothesizes that 50% of their vehicles will be fully BEV by 2030, meaning there's still a decade or so of gasoline-burning muscle cars coming soon. Dodge recently teased their new line-up of cars that will feature standard V8 internal combustion engines and certainly a ton of horsepower for Portsmouth drivers.
The new line-up hints at a new Stellantis real-wheel drive platform separate from the EV skateboard chassis. The new design will likely impact the drivability of the next-gen Charger and Challenger - making them much easier to drive, to the delight of Dover drivers. Additionally, expect the new muscle cars to be much lighter than the current models.
How About Power and Performance?
Dodge won't let you down regarding impeccable performance. Although we aren't sure what engine the next-gen Challenger and Charger will contain, we can guess that the coming engines will produce a new Hurricane I-6 providing more than 400 horsepower and a V8 variant that may promise 900 horsepower. Stellar and dynamic, you can surely expect an assertive drive on the Salisbury, MA, streets.
For the futuristic electric models, we can expect just as much impactful performance. Dodge will continue to level the playing field for Sanford, ME, drivers when it comes to providing an unforgettable driving experience.
